Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient shipping Coordinator to join our team.

The shipping clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment of goods, maintaining shipping records, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities:

Process and prepare shipments according to company procedures and shipping regulations.
Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of products.
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Support the Pick & Pack Department
Bring packages to the local PO (Use of company car)
Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
Resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues in a timely manner, including returns.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred.
Familiarity with shipping software and systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS & ShipStation).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
