As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the financial success of each project.

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other industryspecific tools for estimating purposes
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget
• Work closely with the project management team to provide ongoing support and guidance
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and site visits as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
