We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the sales and consulting department in Sparta, TN.


Base salary: 30,000 to 40,000 euros gross annual salary.

Opportunities for advancement and performance-based compensation are available. Further training is also provided and encouraged.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer contact via email, phone, and video calls
  • Consulting with our customers regarding their goals
  • Making phone calls to customers and generating interest in a consultation appointment
  • Maintaining customer data in our CRM system
  • Providing advice and assistance on our social recruiting services for craft businesses
  • No prior knowledge is necessary. You will receive thorough training and learn a proven process that you will apply in your daily work.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the German language (spoken and written)
  • Salesoriented and motivated
  • Strong sense of customer needs
  • Enjoy making phone calls and communicating with others
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Proficient in using computers and standard software
  • Precise, neat, and independent work style
  • Punctual and organized
  • Willing to follow and apply a proven process
