Looking for a Surgical Scheduler phenom?
We are seeking a surgery scheduler with at least three (3) years experience scheduling surgeries in either a private practice, hospital, or ambulatory setting. Who can handle the fast pace while maintaining compassion, organization, and detail for the many moving parts required to be successful?

Our Surgical Coordinator work closely with patients and surgeons. At Ophthalmic Partners we offer the latest advanced technology while providing exceptional service. You will create a seamless, relaxed surgical process, maintain surgery schedules for our physicians, coordinate preadmission testing, book pre-and post-operative appointments, fulfill prior insurance verifications and authorizations, and other tasks needed for your success.
