    National Builder/Developer, specializing in premier multi-million $ multifamily projects, is looking for a #2 Superintendent to join their team Headquartered in Dallas, Boston office located in Newton Lower Falls.

    First project in Peabody MA $100M+ multifamily build.
    National Builder/Developer, specializing in premier multi-million $ multifamily projects, is looking for a #2 Superintendent to join their team
    Headquartered in Dallas, Boston office located in Newton Lower Falls. First project in Peabody MA $100M+ multifamily build.
    Work on a mix of ground up/new construction & woodframe, amenity rich communities, valued around $30M-$100M+

    • Preparing punch lists and ensuring each item is completed prior to inspection
    Scheduling inspections
    Ordering the necessary parts and replacement parts
    Ensuring compliance with contract documents
    Assisting the Lead superintendent in monitoring subcontractor's efforts (compliant with the safety program)
    Reviewing shop drawing and submittals
    Signing in new building materials
    2+ years working as a Superintendent (or 4+ as Assistant Superintendent) with a reputable commercial GC
    ~ Bachelors degree in construction management, or other related field
    ~ Experience running large-scale woodframe multifamily projects
    ~ Knowledge of federal, state and local codes for ADA, FHA, Waterproof

    Comp up to $140K+ project bonus *PER PROJECT* Tuition reimbursement
