    As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating customer /client information. If you have a high attention to detail and are focused on accuracy then this is the role for you

    salary:
    $18 - $19.93 per hour


    shift:
    First

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    High School

    Responsibilities

    As a Data Entry Clerk, Job Duties include:

    • Reviews contracts for completeness, validation and qualification of customer information.
    • Indexing of documentation and validation of payment instructions.
    • Managing the documentation from receipt to retention and ensuring that the High Risk payment information is validated and reviewed for completeness and accuracy during the entering process.
    • Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry.
    • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
    • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

    Skills:

    • 2 years working in the Financial Field, Mortgage Industry or Banking Environment.
    • Possess a high attention to detail & focus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced MS Excel.
    • Ability to sit for long periods of time during repetitive work.
