WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
In terms of compensation, this position offers a competitive pay rate of $18-$24 per hour. We also provide the following benefits:
The typical schedule is 10-hour days, four days a week. Plan to start around 6:30 am each day
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As an Apprentice Heat Pump Installer, you start by organizing the van and gathering materials for the day ahead. You dive into the world of heat pump systems by assisting experienced technicians in installations for commercial and residential spaces. Your hands-on learning journey includes gaining familiarity with tools, delivering them to the installer lead, and keeping the van and worksite spick and span. You engage in frequent lessons covering welding, specialty tools, design methodologies, and customer communication.
You contribute to the team effort by maintaining a clean worksite, preparing materials, and assisting with tool transportation. Get ready to travel to diverse job sites, and don't forget to pack your lunch for those energizing lunch breaks. Your role involves retrofitting and replacing water heaters, HVAC equipment, and duct systems, ensuring you actively contribute to the fascinating world of heat pump system installation and maintenance. Every day is a hands-on learning adventure

You are an ideal fit for this position if you have prior HVAC/related industry experience combined with specialized training from a trade school in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing. However, we are willing to train the right person eager to learn the trade and work hard
