    Canyon Air Systems a division of Andersen Commercial Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Technician. We're searching for experienced HVAC Technicians who share our commitment to delivering the best possible product and service to our ever-growing customer base while maximizing their earning potential.

    At Canyon Air we offer a unique hourly pay plus monthly performance incentive bonus program with huge earning potential. No sales or commission Only steady work and the opportunity to make great money performing the trade you take pride in.

    Qualifications and Responsibilities

    • 3+ years' experience as a HVAC Technician
    • Diagnostic and repair work on residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment units up to 30 tons
    • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
    • Thorough knowledge of split systems including heat pumps, ductless systems, evaporative coolers, package units, wall heaters, wine coolers, exhaust fans, ducting, and zoning
    • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
    • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems.
    • Performing routine and preventative maintenance
    • Experience working with VRF systems.
    • Ability to recommend upgrades and new equipment as necessary to customers.
    • Certifications: EPA required; Nate preferred
    • Available to work rotating weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
    • Ownership of industry tools and ability to operate them.
    • Service Titan experience is a plus

    Compensation and Benefits

    • $25-30/hr. + commission depending on knowledge and experience.

    Compliance Requirements

    • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
    • Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
