Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to their destinations. This position requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a variety of vehicles including vans, buses, and shuttles
Transport passengers or goods to designated locations
Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled pickup and dropoff times
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Communicate effectively with passengers, coworkers, and supervisors
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly

Experience:

Previous experience as a delivery driver, school bus driver, paratransit driver, or in commercial driving is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects as required for loading and unloading
Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and coworkers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in various situations
