Essential Responsibilities include:


  • Working with the firm's team leaders and lawyers to proactively support the development and implementation of practice and individual business development plans
  • Process and act as department liaison with respect to sponsorship requests and related advertisements and events
  • Draft new attorney bios for website
  • Develop and assist in blog content creation and other social media and newsletters
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, posting updates, and engaging with follower
  • Assist in organizing marketing materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events or activities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing reports for management
  • Conduct market research in connection with business development initiatives and individual pitches
  • Organize and maintain business development files
  • Assist in the development of pitch materials, presentations and proposals/response to RFPs
  • Assist in responding to market surveys
  • Organize and oversee content development and maintenance associated with the Business Development section of the firm's Intranet
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience (internships included) in a marketing or related role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, Google Analytics, content management systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong client service approach, ability to multitask, attention to detail and followup skills required
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
This is a hybrid position: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote once acclimated; must be flexible
