WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Process Improvement Project Assistant will be responsible for the management and coordination of fdepartmental projects designed to achieve Elica Health Centers' aim of improving the documentation of patients' electronic health records related to required FQHC reporting.

Requirements:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Direct patient contact via patient outreach with a particular patients population for recordkeeping purposes.
- Monitoring a specific patient population for a designated time frame to ensure all required documentation is entered into the electronic health record.
- Compile data, data analysis, update patient electronic health record, and complete other assigned deliverables in a timely manner.
- Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and webinars. Take detailed notes as needed.
- Draft/create documents related to assigned projects as needed.
- Collaborate within and across departments to complete special projects as assigned by the departmental and senior leadership.
- Prenursing/med student, Nursing student.
- Attention to detail, prioritizing effectively, and strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate with people and patients in a wide variety of roles, education status, and culture.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and patient records.
- Ability to travel as needed to resolve issues.
- Additional Requirements

- Must have a current and valid California driver's license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
