To assist with the management of IPv4 address space, Disney purchased InfoBlox to allow the consolidation of several tracking systems, but several years into the purchase, the InfoBlox system is not fully configured, and new address allocations are still being requested.
The DGN is being "dual-stacked" to handle both IPv6 and IPv4 communications so that applications and services can be migrated to IPv6 over time as they are ready.
The IPv6 portion of InfoBlox should be complete and only a verification is needed since the IPv6 portion of InfoBlox was built from scratch during the ongoing project.
We are building an enterprise automation tool and creating the necessary automation templates to support the IPv4/IPv6 address changes on the network devices.
