We are currently seeking law clerks and research assistants (m/f/d) to strengthen our antitrust team at our Frankfurt office.

What you'll do:

Support our team in providing legal advice on German and EU antitrust law matters
Conduct legal research and analyze documents in antitrust and abuse proceedings
Assist with preparing merger control filings
Review and revise distribution contracts in relation to antitrust law
Help with responding to specific inquiries on antitrust compliance
Work closely with our team and other Dentons offices on international mandates
Contribute to the creation of newsletters, publications, and presentations
