We are currently seeking law clerks and research assistants (m/f/d) to strengthen our antitrust team at our Frankfurt office.
What you'll do:
- Support our team in providing legal advice on German and EU antitrust law matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze documents in antitrust and abuse proceedings
- Assist with preparing merger control filings
- Review and revise distribution contracts in relation to antitrust law
- Help with responding to specific inquiries on antitrust compliance
- Work closely with our team and other Dentons offices on international mandates
- Contribute to the creation of newsletters, publications, and presentations
