In the greater Chemnitz area, we are looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) for a direct position with our client, with a degree or diploma in a relevant field such as civil engineering. Knowledge of technical connection areas and regulations is necessary.

You will organize investment measures in the field of water and wastewater disposal, instruct the contracted companies and monitor the timely construction process. The construction acceptance as well as all related tasks in advance, such as customer consultation, construction contracts and support for asset accounting, are also part of your responsibilities.

A class B driver's license is mandatory, as well as proficiency in spoken and written German.
