Our regional branch in Rhein-Neckar is currently seeking a permanent full-time or part-time (negotiable) professional for our day care center in Mannheim.


Your responsibilities will include:
accompanying and supporting people with increased assistance needs in their daily lives (within the framework of daily structured activities in our own facilities) pedagogically (mainly) responsible for creating and implementing individual care plans within the day care center performing basic nursing tasks administering medication designing (meaningful) work processes in small groups for people with high assistance needs closely collaborating and coordinating with colleagues from residential areas, the management team, specialist services, as well as with parents, relatives, legal representatives, and responsible funding agencies contributing to the continuous development of the concept of the house/department, especially in the context of daily structured activities, also with regard to requirements of the Federal Participation Act Your strengths: completed training as a special needs educator, work therapist, educator, or pedagogue (m/f/d) professional and social competence as well as teamwork skills in collaboration and coordination with colleagues from residential areas and the management team flexibility and independence in preparing and implementing planned pedagogical activities as well as a sense of responsibility in this area basic knowledge of common MS Office programs for documenting activities and measures enthusiasm for working with people in terms of everyday and occupation-oriented activities for people with increased
