Job Description:

Your role as part of our team:

  • Act as the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, as required by the German Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
  • Provide theoretical knowledge instruction on Volocopter aircraft
  • Ensure that all theoretical training and checking syllabi meet applicable requirements
  • Ensure trainees meet the theoretical training requirements set by the Airline Training Organization (ATO) and the German CAA
  • Evaluate flight training feedback and make proposals for maintaining or improving training standards
  • Act as the Technical Officer, as required by the German CAA
  • Ensure the airworthiness of Volocopter aircraft for training flights
  • Act as the Safety & Compliance Officer for the ATO
  • Implement and manage safety and compliance processes within the ATO on behalf
