Description

We are seeking a compassionate and Registered Nurse to join our skilled Home Health team as we grow As a Registered Nurse in Skilled Home Health, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' health needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

We are looking for bilingual nurses who are well-versed in English and Spanish to serve the population of patients we have.


We pay a per visit rate (which Indeed doesn't have the option for) starting a $65/visit and going up from there based on the visit type.

Utilizing their depth of experience and knowledge, the home health nurse is responsible for:

  • Completing comprehensive assessment of patients' who are bound to their home
  • Conducting in home visits as assigned, assessing the patient's condition, progressing towards goals, providing patient care, teaching and other skilled interventions as ordered by patients' PCPs
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Requirements:


  • Valid AZ RN license (or nurse compact license) (_required_)
  • Home Health experience of 13 years _(preferred)_
  • Experience with AXXESS EMR (_preferred_)
  • Valid AZ Driver's License and automobile insurance (_required_)
  • Reliable transportation (_required_)
  • Pass background check (_required_)

Pay:
From $65.00 per hour
