This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Promote the employee appreciation guide and all of the 'extra' benfits being offered by EOM Healthcare Group
- Facilitate the monthly theme and theme day and all associated programming
- Participate in and help encourage the establishing and monthly 'fun' committee meetings
- Organize weekly/monthly fun games, challanges, and educational events at each facility
- Help the facility activity directors with their monthly calendar by incorperating the monthly theme, initiating unique monthly events (spa day, poker night, dance party, etc) and by connecting with community resources such as elementary schools, zoos, pet therapy, and local attractions
- Help the HR directos to make our orientees feel more welcome with cards, swag, and personalized cards
- Attend and help organize local recruiting events with HR Directors, such as school open houses and facility job fairs
- Ensure and ecourage all of the above events to be captured and sent in to each facility's social media accounts
