The Volkswagen Automobile Frankfurt GmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group Retail Germany and therefore a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.

Currently, we employ around 400 employees at our five locations in Frankfurt for the brands Volkswagen, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

We are expanding in the after-sales sector, therefore we are looking for several automotive service technicians (m/f/d) in Frankfurt and Hanau as soon as possible.


Your tasks will include:

  • Assisting with complex technical problems through logical and analytical diagnosis using all available systems and tools
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through specific diagnosis
  • Independently carrying out repair orders, including quality control and identifying necessary additional repairs
  • Permanently resolving legitimate customer complaints.
