COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York's premier replacement window and home improvement company, is seeking an experienced
Office Assistant for our
Albany, NY office.

The position will entail a variety of duties including:

Answering phones for sales and service calls
Greeting instore customers
Assisting with scheduling of sales and service appointments
Taking payments
Ordering stock
Data entry
File scanning
Reconciliation of banking, credit cards and gas cards
Assisting with neatness of showroom area
Other duties as necessary
