Office Assistant for our
Albany, NY office.
The position will entail a variety of duties including:
- Answering phones for sales and service calls
- Greeting instore customers
- Assisting with scheduling of sales and service appointments
- Taking payments
- Ordering stock
- Data entry
- File scanning
- Reconciliation of banking, credit cards and gas cards
- Assisting with neatness of showroom area
- Other duties as necessary
