We are seeking a talented
Copywriter for our client, the largest beauty retailer in the United States


As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's brand voice and ensuring that their messaging resonates with diverse audiences.

You will collaborate closely with the Media team, internal core marketing team, and brand partners to develop compelling copy that reflects the brand identity and engages customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Support paid media initiatives by reviewing brandprovided copy and providing edits to ensure alignment with the brand voice.
  • Develop fluency in copy guidelines and provide edits based on mechanics and brand voice.
  • Provide feedback and rationale for edits to brand partners.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure messaging and tone consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:


  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of writing and editing experience in agency, editorial, or inhouse settings.
  • Experience working with Gen A demographic.
  • Familiarity and experience with AP Style.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage up and across and initiate communication effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize strategic messages into consumerfriendly copy.
  • Ability to receive and respond to feedback to pivot when necessary.
