- Oversees all culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence in service from early morning breakfast to evening catering events.
- Directs menu planning, seasonal menu rollouts, and recipe innovation across café, grab-and-go, and catering platforms.
- Manages food and labor cost controls, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships with a focus on fiscal responsibility.
- Leads, mentors, and inspires a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Partners with senior leadership and the Wolfgang Puck Catering brand team on program innovation and client engagement.
- Ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in a high-volume, multi-service environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in multi-outlet, high-volume operations.
- Proven expertise in café, grab-and-go, and catering logistics and large-scale production.
- Strong background in cost controls, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
