Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a variety of activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Organize events, outings, and programs that cater to the interests and abilities of residents
- Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with individual care plans
- Manage schedules and maintain accurate records of activities
- Provide support and assistance to residents during activities
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
Skills:
- Experience in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Strong schedule management abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff
