Activity Director to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a variety of activities to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Organize events, outings, and programs that cater to the interests and abilities of residents
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with individual care plans
  • Manage schedules and maintain accurate records of activities
  • Provide support and assistance to residents during activities
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants

Skills:


  • Experience in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Strong schedule management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff
