Peabody, MA is seeking a talented Copywriter to join our Customer Activation & Marketing team.

Our goal is to create a seamless and inspiring journey for our customers, attracting new ones, driving traffic to our digital and physical stores, and increasing sales, brand affinity, and fashion credibility.

Using data and customer insights, we develop a comprehensive plan to ensure a holistic customer experience, from communication to our membership program.


Job Description:


As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in adding value to our customers, strengthening our brand, and driving sales by creating compelling copy for both external and internal communications.

You will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, promoting omni sales performance and customer-centricity in all aspects of your work.


Your main responsibilities include:


  • Translating, transcreating, and producing written content for various marketing and communication activities
  • Conceptualizing, translating, and writing copy for different media channels in collaboration with the Content Coordinator
  • Working closely with the local Copywriter and Coordinator
  • Transcreating global and regional communication to meet the needs of the local market
  • Proofreading and ensuring that all copy is written, adapted, and translated according to cultural and legal guidelines
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve shared objectives and working with external parties when necessary
  • Keeping uptodate with competitors, trends, and developments in the fashion industry.
