Description
Job Description:
As a member of the Support team, your main focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while representing their needs.
You will be responsible for handling non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels, as well as addressing technical questions related to our Electronic Support Services.
Playing a crucial role as the primary point of contact for customers, you will assist in building and maintaining customer relationships with Support and offer guidance to internal Oracle staff on various customer scenarios and complex issues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields like Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry with a strong technical and functional background
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials Cloud Applications, including modules like General Ledger, Payables, and Projects, as well as knowledge of Fixed Assets integration
- Understanding of Asset Lifecycle flow, enterprise structures, transaction processing, business processes, and period close activities
- Strong expertise in identifying bugs within applications code, experience with data migration processes, and knowledge of security models in Oracle Fusion applications
Supporting Skills:
In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation Certifications
- Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics features within Oracle Fusion Financials for Fixed Assets
