    Job Description:
    We seek a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to enhance our team at Gulfstream SP.

    This individual should possess a stable work history and a proven ability to understand and fulfill the specific needs of each position.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment and keen to learn and adapt to our industry-specific technologies and recruiting methodologies.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop a nuanced understanding of the commercial mechanical industry to enhance recruitment strategies effectively.
    Identify and attract uniquely and highly qualified candidates, managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
    Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and methodologies to streamline processes and improve the quality of hires.
    Act as a value-added member of the Gulfstream SP team, contributing to our company's strength and cohesion.
    Engage in continuous learning about industry trends and recruitment technologies to ensure best practices.


    Qualifications:
    Local to Corona, CaliforniaStable work history and strong letters of recommendation.
    Demonstrated success in a recruitment role focusing on identifying highly qualified candidates.
    Advanced skills in negotiating, writing, and technical and business acumen.
    Strong capability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries, technologies, and methodologies.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
    Passion for recruitment and a commitment to the company's success.
