Tasks we want to win you for

  • Providing job postings and publishing them
  • Coordinating application management/recruiting/talent management
  • Managing HR documents (employment contracts, addendums, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks with the implemented HRM tool
  • Coordinating and further developing personnel development
  • Ensuring entitlements from pension benefits (company savings plans, pension funds, direct insurance, etc.)
  • Ensuring data transfer for annual financial statements to auditors
  • Ensuring monthly data transfer to tax consultants / chambers of commerce
  • Checking feedback data and forwarding it to accounting (interface to payroll accounting)
  • Clarifying legal issues with external consultants
  • Creating analyses and evaluations for decisionmaking
