Job Description:

As a member of our team at TÜV SÜD, you will be responsible for independently conducting recurring main and exhaust inspections of motor vehicles and trailers, as well as safety inspections of trucks and trailers according to § 29 StVZO.

You will also be responsible for creating and conducting modification assessments according to §19.3 StVZO and vintage car assessments in accordance with legal regulations.

In addition, you will provide customer consultation and serve as a key link within the organization of TÜV SÜD.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in engineering in the field of vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field from a university, technical college, or university of applied sciences.

Ideally, you should also have some previous experience in the automotive industry, for example through a previous apprenticeship in this field.

A passion for vehicles and technology, as well as a meticulous work ethic and a sense of responsibility, are also important qualities for this role.

You should also have a confident demeanor when interacting with customers and strong communication skills. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is required.
