- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Checkin and checkout clients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with billing and processing payments
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Provide general information about clinic services, procedures, and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
