Senior Project Manager/Project Architect manages the project through all phases of the project. PM/PA works closely with the Project Director or Interior Project Director and the design staff.

The PM/PA is responsible for the quality of work on the project, maintaining project deadlines, and coordination of the work of the staff and consultants.

Project Architect requires a state license.


Responsibilities:

• Managing predesign ensuring owner provided items are provided
• Assigning project tasks to the project team
• Point of contact for the Client, keep the client informed of all project developments
• Maintaining the project plan
• Design of the project
• Ensure accurate and complete Asbuilts
• Site Analysis
• Ensure owner program requirements are defined and met
• Coordination with the consultant team
• Specifications
• Life Safety and Code review; compliance with code requirements
• Delivery of the project as per the approved schedule
• Design Development Phase of the project
• Construction Documents Phase of the project
• Managing consultant meetings and coordination
• Addressing comments from the AHJ during permitting
• Manage and completing the bidding process
• Work with the Construction Administrator during construction to maintain quality of the project
• Participate in project closeout
• Participate in Business Development

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
