Senior Project Manager/Project Architect manages the project through all phases of the project. PM/PA works closely with the Project Director or Interior Project Director and the design staff.The PM/PA is responsible for the quality of work on the project, maintaining project deadlines, and coordination of the work of the staff and consultants.
Project Architect requires a state license.Responsibilities:
- Managing predesign ensuring owner provided items are provided
- Assigning project tasks to the project team
- Point of contact for the Client, keep the client informed of all project developments
- Maintaining the project plan
- Design of the project
- Ensure accurate and complete Asbuilts
- Site Analysis
- Ensure owner program requirements are defined and met
- Coordination with the consultant team
- Specifications
- Life Safety and Code review; compliance with code requirements
- Delivery of the project as per the approved schedule
- Design Development Phase of the project
- Construction Documents Phase of the project
- Managing consultant meetings and coordination
- Addressing comments from the AHJ during permitting
- Manage and completing the bidding process
- Work with the Construction Administrator during construction to maintain quality of the project
- Participate in project closeout
- Participate in Business Development
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
