Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to company standards and client preferences.
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of specified area.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Making beds, changing linens, and organizing spaces.
• Handling and disposing of waste in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Paying attention to detail and ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned and polished.
• Communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific requests or concerns.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
• This position requires lifting of objects weighing up to 1015 pounds and, involves physical movements such as bending and reaching, to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
