Overview:
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Transcribe notes and correspondence
- Proofread documents for grammar and accuracy
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate projects and assist in their execution
- Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Assist in office management tasks
- Provide excellent customer support to internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project coordination is a plus
Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
