Restaurant Chain in Orange County needs an AP SpecialistResponsibilities:supports the day-to-day operational activities of an organization's accounts payable functions. Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies.Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed and records and processes payments for debts owed by the organization.
Qualifications2 years accounts payable experienceStrong reconciliation experience required.Strong communication skills, with emphasis in writing required.
Excel and analytical skills required.
Ability to thrive in a change-oriented, fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, oral and written skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize multiple requests.
