- Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills required (ie. Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.). Completion of orientation/training as required. Sleep Referral Specialist, Part Time, Evening ShiftPOSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as a point of contact for patients, referring physician offices and insurance providers to evaluate individual needs of patients and appropriately navigate all levels of sleep services within the Valley Health System.
EDUCATION:
Associates degree preferred. If degree is outside medical field, completion of Medical Terminology course. Combination equivalent experience and/or education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years health care experience preferred including medical terminology required, customer service experience strongly preferred
