Description
Your responsibilities:
- Independent processing and coordination of research projects as well as presentation of results internally and externally (e.g. to industrial partners, at national and international conferences, in scientific journals)
- Development of simulation methods and calculation procedures
- Design of suitable test setups and supervision of test bench experiments
- Conducting calculations, evaluating simulation results, and comparing them with measurement results
- Supervision of exercises and tutorials in teaching (e.g. lecture "Machine Elements")
- Possibility for promotion
Our requirements:
- Above-average degree from a university (preferably in engineering or engineering informatics or a comparable field)
- Excellent knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machine elements
- Excellent English skills
- Good German skills
- Independent, results-oriented, and team-oriented work style
- Programming experience is an advantage
- FE knowledge (ideally in ANSYS or ABAQUS) is an advantage
- MKS knowledge (ideally in ADAMS or SIMPACK) is an advantage
