Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.

As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities.

This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth. Must Have Own Truck and Tools


Duties:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify any issues or potential hazards
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Skills:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Electrical repairs and installations
• Carpentry skills (e.g., framing, drywall installation)
• Painting skills (e.g., surface preparation, color matching)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
