The major responsibilities and results of the landscape construction team member will be as follows.

• Ability to layout the job according to design and installation to industry and company standards. High standard, high quality work is of utmost importance.
• Steady, even pace to promote accurate and quality of work. Complete set of procedures and tasks completed before new ones are begun.
• Helpful, supportive communication with management and peers. Provide a collaborative approach in structured job environment.
• Ability to think ahead and solve problems as they arise in an analytical and technical orientation with minor input from others. Based on defined policies and procedures that are supported by management.
• Handling of delivery and handling of materials on job site.
• Continual learning and mastery of landscape construction and leadership through the use of training, coaching and on the job experience.
• Always finding new ways to do a task that makes it easier, safer, and more efficient.
• Implements preventative maintenance of company vehicles and equipment on a regular scheduled basis.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure a high standard, high quality work in an efficient and productive manner based on job knowledge and expertise.
• Ability to communicate answers to questions that customers may have about the project in a courteous and friendly manner.

Depending on experience this position can be hourly or Salary (Fluctuating Work Week). Based on $20-$28/hr. Other Benefits include Paid Vacation, 401k, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and more. Hours range throughout the year with during the season (March-December) doing upwards of 50 hours a week and offseason (January

• February) upwards of 30 hours a week.
