My Responsibilities

  • Integration of autonomous transport systems into production and assembly processes to make them more agile and effective
  • Responsibility for innovation projects, including the use of modern robotics systems and implementation of data analytics tools
  • Ensuring continuous improvement processes in products and solutions
  • Acting as an interface between employees, logistics service providers, and logistics planning
  • Detailing operational concepts, including maintenance and emergency strategies, and implementing them
  • Organizing and leading local improvement workshops, regular meetings, and circles

My Qualifications

  • Degree in logistics or engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive professional experience and indepth knowledge of logistics value streams, processes, material flow systems, and IT applications
  • Solid knowledge in the areas of innovation/automation and their industrialization
  • Experience in project management and supplier management
  • Experience with IT (production) systems and data
  • Costconsciousness, results orientation, and a positive mindset towards change and transformation
  • Fluent in German and English
