- 10+ years' experience including requirements analysis, specification creation, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance & implementation of Oracle Applications and related Technologies in a Techno-Functional Role preferably in health care and claims processing.
- Hands-on involvement in business requirement gathering, GAP analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, setups & user training.
- Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, Forms/Reports 10g, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Experience in the preparation of Functional Design (MD050), Technical Design (MD070), Setup (BR100), Migration (MD120) documents system Test scripts and Test Case scenarios for RICE Components.
- Expertise in Tuning SQL statements to improve execution performance using TKPROF, SQL Trace, etc.
- Ability to work interactively with users, management and support.
- Experience in Coordinating with the business team to monitor development and implementation progress.
- Pro-actively identify areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer
- Defined best practices in controlling the implementation and production usage of Oracle Applications.What qualifications you need:
