Job Summary

Duties

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Maintain fleet records and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Record and distribute meeting notes
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with event planning and coordination of meetings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with order entry and inventory management as required
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain proper record keeping

Skills:


  • Ability to locate information and fill in the gaps
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments preferred

Pay:
$38, $40,000.00 per year
