Job SummaryDuties
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain fleet records and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Record and distribute meeting notes
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with event planning and coordination of meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain proper record keeping
Skills:
- Ability to locate information and fill in the gaps
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments preferred
Pay:
$38, $40,000.00 per year
