Central Quality Management as soon as possible.

Your main tasks include:

Intensive professional advice and support for nursing facilities regarding structural/process and outcome quality
Implementation of training measures and quality circles in our nursing facilities
Management of nursing indicators
Reporting on the development status of the facilities and the effectiveness of the quality management system
Planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal audits with the initiation of appropriate measures
Accompaniment and preparation for external quality inspections
Professional correspondence with health insurance companies, the Federal Medical Service (MDB), and supervisory authorities
Further development of our internal quality management
