We are currently seeking a Lead Management Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly responding to incoming inquiries through our lead channels, such as our website, chat, email, and external lead portals
  • Conducting telephone needs assessments and pre-qualifying inquiries in close coordination with the sales team
  • Planning and executing telephone campaigns using our in-house customer data to generate leads
  • Ensuring a steady flow of leads and monitoring lead performance'
