You have the opportunity to contribute your experience as a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) in the paint shop at our location in Bramsche, in a future-oriented German company with an international focus.

Your tasks:
Control of timely and quality production Effective and efficient allocation of personnel in the paint wire department Implementation of departmental goals in the shift Employee management and conducting of critical discussions Developing and implementing improvement measures in coordination with superiors Responsible for compliance with documentation requirements, checking and processing of documents (checklists, production downtime, defect lists, etc.) Checking of start-up samples with subsequent release Monitoring the processing of error messages Adjusting oven parameters Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in production Conduct shift handover and ensure that important information is passed on across shifts Assess technical errors,
