Description
You Will:
_
- Welcome and connect with the guests in a convivial and respectful manner
- Prepare station and tables
- Take reservations, optimize table occupation
- Recommending items, taking orders, set up service accordingly to order
- Point of Sales transactions
- Take care of togo orders
- Knows the menu and allergens, be able to speak to it
- Knows restaurant operations and environment, (BA staff, TCA Staff)
- Orienting customers' requests accordingly
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Share input & feedback to improve customer experiences with GM
- Professional and positive attitude
- Affinity for learning
- Ability to work in a Team
- Customer & Detail oriented
- Skills / Qualifications:_
- Knowledge of wine and food
- General mathematical skills
- Conflict Resolution
- Capability of lifting weights up to 40lbs
- Education, Experience, and
Licensing Requirements:
_
- High school diploma or GED
- English proficiency: Beginner written and spoken (min. required)
- Previous experience in a highend F&B outlet (preferred)
- TIPS Certification (preferred)
Pay:
From $10.00 per hour
