Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).
May provide direct patient care Neuro Step-Down Unit:
A dedicated team of high performing nurses who go above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. Our 29-bed unit is committed to the health of our patients.
Our unit is a highly specialized neurology Step-Down dedicated to the special care required for patients who are recovering from neurosurgery, or neurological injuries to include psych patients.
