Your Responsibilities * Managing the accounting of income properties and preparing annual financial statements, especially for cooperatives, foundations and real estate companies (including processing of accounts payable and tenant collections) * Supporting the management of accounting for condominium associations * Preparing heating and operating cost statements * Situational collaboration in internal projects.
