Be a change maker Join our team Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for performing skilled work in one or more of the following areas: electrical, painting, plumbing, welding, unit make readies and resolving emergency work orders.


Maintenance lead will be responsible of maintenance of 168 units class A by himself with a limited make ready technician support.

Maintenance lead is expected to have their own tools necessary to perform duties listed above.

HVAC and Pool certifications are required.

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening test.


Salary:
$18.00 to $25.00 /hour
