- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in regional sales, preferably in the HVAC wholesale distribution and/or IAQ industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong knowledge of sales process, principles, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to travel as needed.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year

We are a leading air treatment technology company that is expanding our sales organization rapidly We've been in business for over 75 years, historically making parts to supply OEMs and evolving to products sold through HVAC distribution.
The candidate can be based in one of the following states (Maine, Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, East Pennsylvania, or New York).
We are looking for a go-getter and someone who is excited to build their book of business and increase market share.
You'll work autonomously growing the business in your region, creating a strategic roadmap for the business, schedule meetings, meet with our target audience, and work to expand the existing business in that market.
