- Scope – Help in planning of Facility and Well Pad I&E/Overhead tasks
- Endeavors site rep, steward for safety, ensure everyone is following safety protocols
- Communicate with EER foreman on job status, communicate schedule changes, or cost impacts
- Assist foreman with the construction of facility, well pad, and overhead power scopes
- Understand Endeavors key performance indicators for safety, time, and cost performance, help to improve (participate in project lookbacks to provide feedback)
- Input reports and maintain high report quality in SiteView and other software programs
- Must be able to read and understand Electrical IFC documents
- Attend meetings prior to construction start to ensure all providers are aligned with expectations
- Pre-Plan installation and activity for I&E and equipment
- Understand and follow procedures set forth for I&E scope, make recommendations for change when necessary.
- Assist Projects foreman and Production team with battery start up and operations until hand off
- May also be asked to assist production department with restoring production and other projects (as needed)
- Meet 1 on 1 with project foreman weekly to discuss performance, execution, and opportunities
- High school Diploma or GED required and must be able to read and write
- Computer literacy and the ability to pick up new software programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively with differing levels of authority
- Demonstrated ability to manage work in stressful situations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, must be able to lead and direct projects
- Must know how to read and understand electrical IFC documentation
