Electrical engineering is an omnipresent companion in almost all areas of our private and professional lives.

Due to the rapid advancements in microelectronics, this cross-industry key technology provides impulses for the development of the global information society and thus for the future of economy and society.

As a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Information Technology (m/f/d), you will actively shape this development and ensure the competitiveness of our economy.

The dual study program will lead you to this degree with a high degree of practical orientation, as you will also complete your IHK qualification as an electronics technician (m/f/d).

For this, you will first start your company training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) for automation technology at TRIPS.

After one year of training in the company, you will begin full-time studies in electrical and information technology at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.

You will also complete further practical phases during the lecture-free periods of the following semesters. For more details on the course of study, please visit the FHWS website.
